Pre-Admission

Pre-Admission Testing is administered before any planned procedures or any scheduled admissions. Our testing at I Hart Health includes a review of your medical history, a nursing assessment, a physical exam.

Our nurses will provide you with pre-operative patient info to learn more about the surgical procedure and post-operative at home care. It will be determined if you need blood work, a urine test, or an EKG. Please bring a list of any or all of the medications you take.
